Decisions made in high school lay the foundations for life. Our high school programs focus on providing students with the tools and strategies to live an empowered and impactful life. We believe everyone should know they have the power to positively impact the world around them, the power that comes from seeing yourself as a leader, and the tools for effective communication with yourself and others.

Our programs incorporate leadership, communication, and personal empowerment through a dynamic, engaging self-defence class format. Students increase motivation, inspiration, and self-confidence while building dedication, commitment, and perseverance.

Training Series 

A series of weekly classes designed to take your students through a learning journey, building skill sets each week. Students have time to apply the lessons taught without getting overloaded with information.

Booking Steps

Enquiry form

Complete an enquiry form, this helps us to collect the information we need to understand your needs and the outcomes you want to achieve in your program. It allows us to be prepared for your information call. 

02.

Information call

We will give you a call on the time and day you requested. This call allows us to answer your questions, collect any information we need to design your program and confirm the dates for your program. 

03.

Program Overview

From the information you have provided us we will send you a program overview. This is where we confirm the details of your program, and you have the chance to request any edits. 

04.

Approve your program

Once you have approved your Program Overview and paid a deposit we will finalise your program.

05.

Sit back and enjoy

We come to you and run your awesome Empower and Lead program!
